And the deputy continued: The complaint stated that the so-called “MA”, owner of a tourism company, and Mrs. “DM”, through a satellite channel and social media, accused these citizens of providing offers for those wishing to return to the State of Kuwait by spending a period of time. 14 days of quarantine in the Emirates, including flight reservations and analysis of the new Corona virus, as the defendants claim that they are responsible for reserving the hotel and returning them to Kuwait, after paying amounts ranging from 17 to 20 thousand pounds, and the required amounts were received with the knowledge of “d.”, Whether from By bank transfer, cash receipt, or through one of the famous electronic payment applications, all of them are affixed with official notices, according to the complaints received.

He added: The complaint also stated that on the day of travel, the aforementioned company sent travel tickets from Egypt to the Emirates and airline tickets from the Emirates to Kuwait, and after the Egyptians arrived in hotels in the UAE and resided in them and the specified periods had passed, they were surprised that the return tickets to Kuwait were issued by various fake companies that had no data. Registered on airlines, then the citizens contacted the company, and informed them to work to solve the problem and provide approved airline tickets, but they were also surprised on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, that the hotel was asking them to vacate rooms, because the company did not pay the entire residence bill, and after that it was found that The company closed its headquarters and laid off employees, and the owner of the company stated that he is not responsible and everyone bears responsibility for himself.

The deputy said: As a result, the Minister of Immigration, Ambassador Nabila Makram, received messages from these citizens that they do not have enough money to return to Kuwait or even to return to Egypt or to stay in the hotel, and that they were accused by the company and the fraud against them, and Ambassador Nabila Makram was keen to communicate with the Attorney General And our consulates in the Emirates and Kuwait to follow up the position of these citizens until the problem is resolved, stressing the need for one of the citizens or their families to go to the Ministry of Immigration complaints office with official papers in order to complete the legal complaint procedures.
