, 17th November, 2019 (WAM) — EPI, the leading precision engineering company in the aerospace and defense sector in the UAE, and a subsidiary of the Edge Group, today announced the renewal of its extended partnership with Stelia Aerospace, a subsidiary of Airbus, to manufacture high-quality metal components. For aircraft designed for the A320, A330 and A340 groups.

The announcement of the contract renewal – which emphasizes aspects of cooperation between the two companies in the past and to continue building on them in the future – came during the Dubai Airshow, which runs until November 18 at Dubai World Central.

Leveraging its industry-leading expertise and advanced manufacturing facilities at the Tawazun Industrial Park in Abu Dhabi, EPI will manufacture aluminum frames and provide state-of-the-art surface treatment and inspection solutions for Stelia Aerospace for a period of several years.

Stelia Aerospace has been cooperating with EPI in the UAE to produce metal components for the A320, A330 and A340 series since 2011.
