Mac computers with ARM processors may be announced on November 17th...

A rumor earlier this month indicated that Apple is going to hold another virtual event in November, when it is supposed to unveil the company’s first Mac computer with a processor based on the ARM architecture. Now according to a new tweet from prominent leaker Jon Prosser, he says the event will take place on November 17th.

Jon Prosser believes that invitations for this event will start being sent out to the media on the tenth day of November, a week before the event as always. We can’t say with certainty that this date is accurate, but Jon Prosser has always been fairly accurate in his claims, so these dates are probably accurate, but we ask everyone to handle everything with a little zeal.

It is unclear which computers will be announced at this event. It is widely expected that Apple will take things slowly and start launching economy models before moving to produce the more expensive professional models, knowing that one of the previous rumors suggested that Apple could revive the 12-inch version of the MacBook by providing it with its own processor that is based on architecture ARM, as well as a copy of MacBook Air equipped with the same processor.

However, a report released earlier this week revealed that Apple had submitted several requests for certification of the Eurasian Economic Commission, which revealed to us that there are new Mac models coming on the way. Given that the developer toolkit includes a Mac Mini equipped with the Apple A12Z processor, it is possible that Apple will launch a commercial version of this computer, but we will have to wait until everything is confirmed by Apple itself.
