The Human Resources Authority of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with the aim of confirming the strategic cooperation to develop an educational platform for banking in the Abu Dhabi Global Market to develop the skills and capabilities of a group of talents and national human resources and prepare them to work in the banking field within the “Bankers Program”.
The cooperating parties will endeavor to introduce the “bankers” program in support of the government’s requirements in sensitive job categories as defined by the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates and in line with the requirements for talent recruitment and management at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and to hold national development programs (NDP) to help train and appoint new graduates in The banking and financial field, and the implementation of additional training and development programs to achieve and raise their competencies to meet the needs of the concerned sector, as graduates who successfully pass the programs will be selected for appointment in their institutions through established and established evaluation centers. The “Bankers” program will be designed and presented in cooperation with the London Institute of Banking and Finance, one of the Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy partners.
