The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 22 pledges at a value of 34 million dirhams, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 5 with 18 pledges at a value of 26 million dirhams and a third in Burj Khalifa with 14 pledges at a value of 40 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 230.71 million dirhams, of which 28 mortgages of lands worth 188.92 million dirhams and 41 mortgages of villas and apartments at a value of 41.79 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Al-Barsha South Al-Thaniyah with a value of 125 million dirhams and another in the Burj Khalifa area, with a value of 15 million dirhams.
As for the donations, 20 donations valued at 75.59 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which was in the fourth district of Warsan, at a value of 27 million dirhams, and another in Hor Al-Anz East, valued at 13 million dirhams.
